In the wasteland of the post-apocalyptic earth, the polluted water has turned entirely toxic, except for some supply kept safe in a reservoir.

A band of roving thugs led by ruthless Sanga has created a fortified zone, calling it the Lastland, and has taken over control of what`s left of civilization. Needless to say, they have seized all the safe water from the people who guarded it. Furthermore, Sanga`s greed knows no bound, and he has become a self appointed god by kidnapping Sarah, a woman with the power to heal wounds with her fingertip, and Doha, a man who generates water using his fists.

Meanwhile, a group of villagers has found a new source of safe water, but because of that they have become the latest victims of Sanga`s bloodthirst. The massacre of the villagers by Sanga`s men continue when a mysterious fighter materializes right in front of them. His name is Kenshiro, and he is an enlightened martial artist and a one man army who can tear down power-hungry Sanga`s dominion of the land and the falsehood of his deity once and for all.
